A split is typically what you pay a brokerage to work there as a licensed sales agent and conduct business in exchange for the value from the brokerage model.

BMP Network is not a brokerage therefore we do not believe in a "Split". We believe in a pre-determined investment back into our business from all agents/team members. This consistent investment allows us to grow our business bigger than we could alone and together we create a massive undeniable force in our industry.

In Gary Keller's book, MREA. The average top-producing agent's net income after they invested back into their business was 41.6%. Together we create a higher net income for all members.

The first 20 closings on BMP Network you keep 50% and 50% gets reinvested back into our business. Every closing after that you keep 60% and 40% gets reinvested back into our business. No matter that lead source, no matter the client type. We keep it simple and give you, the agent partner, more of the money for trusting in our team.

As noted above, a split is what you pay a brokerage in order to conduct business as a licensed sales agent.

A team split only exists when you are entering a passengership team with little to no value and/or a lot of value to grow the team leader and competing agent.

As a single agent, you will always find there are office splits AND an investment into your business. This investment is limited by your production and according to the MREA is usually 60% of your income, leaving you with nearly 40% net.

This question is commonly asked but can never be answered. The only way to have guaranteed success and to "cut time", is by taking massive consistent action in the right direction, with the right tools, and the right systems. Follow a proven business model and stick to the model. Cut out all distractions and noise from outside.

With that in mind, the average new agent should allow 3-6 months of reserves in order to start receiving commission checks steadily. This time frame can be cut down dramatically depending on your commitment level and the level of action you take.
